• The email address used at checkout.
• The approximate purchase date.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund promptly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear back on your statement within 5–10 business days.

3. What Is Covered

• The full purchase price of The Prayer Key digital product.
• Any applicable taxes charged at checkout.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Refund requests made after the 60-day window has passed.

We encourage customers to contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
